When I joined Panchwati Holiday Resorts Ltd. as a deputy General Manager(Sales & Marketing),
had to start from zero, literally! The operation was closed for more than a year. After taking
charge, decorating the venue, recruiting new people, giving proper training & everything was my
responsibility. It was not so easy. But I managed to do it and the operation became full-fledged
within two months. In the next 8 months I gave the company a respectable business without any advertisement
or support for brand promotion. This aveme the confidence to start my own marketing organization.
Thus, started the journey of 'MACH LIFE STYLE SERVICES'.
We got our first marketing contract from 'PANCHWATI HOLIDAY RESORTS LTD.' to sell membership for their social club-LAKELAND COUNTRY CLUB, their holiday club-'PEARL BEACH CLUB & RESORT' at Puri and Hotel MAYUR in Gangtok. We are very grateful to them for their faith and belief on us.
I have developed a team comprising a bunch of young, enthusiastic and well qualified people always bubbling with energy. They are always ready to help the members and guests and answer all their queries and inconvenience and yet always keeping a warm smile on their faces. The team has started showing miracles.
